Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy

Because we ship from multiple third-party partner warehouses, our return process uses an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please do not send items back to the sender or manufacturer without an RMA—unauthorized returns may be refused.

1) Return Window & Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date (per tracking).

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags/accessories included.

  • Clothing: unworn and unwashed.

  • Electronics/accessories: all parts and manuals included.

  • RMA required: returns without an RMA number on the label may be rejected.

2) Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene/safety and custom production reasons, the following are final sale (unless defective on arrival):

  • Opened consumables, cosmetics, health & personal-care items

  • Intimates/underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry

  • Personalized/engraved or made-to-order items

  • Digital products, gift cards, and items marked “Final Sale”

3) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@avenlyco.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue and packaging.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. No restocking or return-shipping costs apply in these cases.

4) “Change of Mind” / Sizing Issues

  • You can return eligible items within the 30-day window.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (we can provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from the refund, or you may use your own tracked carrier).

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection/processing by our partner warehouses.

5) How to Start a Return (RMA)

  1. Email support@avenlyco.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with your RMA number and the correct return center address for your item(s).

  3. Pack items securely; write the RMA number on the label.

  4. Ship with a trackable service and keep your receipt.

  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

6) Refunds (Method & Timing)

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time is 3–10 business days after inspection; your bank/card may take additional time to post the credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except when we made an error (damaged/defective/mis-shipped).

7) Exchanges

For a different size or color, request an RMA as above.

  • We’ll either (a) issue store credit/refund upon receipt so you can reorder, or (b) ship a direct exchange where available.

8) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled before fulfillment (typically within 12 hours of purchase).

  • If your order has shipped, please follow the return process.

9) Undeliverable, Refused, or Wrong Address

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect/insufficient address, refusal, or repeated delivery attempts, we can reship for an additional postage fee or issue a refund minus original shipping and any carrier return fees.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is in transit.

10) Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier and support@avenlyco.com within 7 days.

  • After a carrier investigation, we’ll reship or refund based on the outcome. We may request a non-receipt affidavit for claims.

11) International Orders

  • Customs duties/VAT are set by your country and are non-refundable.

  • Returns must go to the specified international return center; unauthorized international returns may be refused.

12) Bundles & Multi-Item Orders

  • Items from bundles/sets must be returned complete, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Because we ship from multiple warehouses, do not combine items into one box unless instructed; each item may require its own label/address.

13) Chargebacks

We’re here to help. Please contact support@avenlyco.com before opening a dispute—we resolve most issues quickly via replacement or refund.
